Morbidelli set to join former teammate Quartararo at Monster Energy Yamaha

Franco Morbidelli will join former teammate Fabio Quartararo at Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP for the rest of the season and beyond. The 2020 runner-up made the announcement during an interview with the media following yesterday's launch of the Petronas Yamaha SRT team.

A three-time premier class race winner

Morbidelli has been one of the most consistent riders in MotoGP in recent years, finishing in the top five in the championship standings for the past three seasons. He has also won three races during that time, including the 2020 San Marino Grand Prix.
